Have you ever thought about what it's like to be viewed through the lens of someone who loves you? What about every person you encounter? Most importantly, what about how you view yourself?
The people who love you see you through the lens of love, accepting your flaws and foibles. The spiritual path to the light of truth can be overshadowed with difficulty. These challenging circumstances, as a naturally positive individual, can also help us seek the light of our Creator.
Wisdom and knowledge is absolutely everywhere when you know how to look for it. It is in the simple things that most people pass by and don't give a second thought to. The simplest things can show us great teachings about the working laws of nature.
How can always seeking the light in challenging situations really benefit us when faced with adversity? How you view difficulty depends on your mindset and perspective.
Either, you're a sunny side up kind of egg or a sunny side down.
The most successful people develop a mindset that sees challenge and difficulty as an opportune time to grow and strengthen their faith. They naturally look for the silver linings in the clouds. The powerful force they hold within themselves is love, and no amount of pain can extinguish pure love.
Should you be positively polarised , you naturally remain hopeful in seemingly hopeless situations. Without hope, what does anyone have? These individuals are full of faith, trusting that their challenges are a part of the journey, continuing to seek the light and make the best of any given situation.
On the other hand, some people are polarised to negative; these individuals are serial complainers who never look for solutions, instead blaming everyone else for their difficulties. They quit at the first hurdle, then sit back while others take the lead. They are the kind of people who feel entitled to a slice of the pie but are not prepared to help make it. They generally remain hopeless and without faith when faced with the slightest problem.
It is a valuable exercise in personal growth to continually self-reflect on how you think others view you. Can you put your hand on your heart and say that you believe others see you as a positive, optimistic individual? Most importantly, ask yourself, do you love who you see?
- Heightened Self-Awareness: Continued Self-reflection allows you to gain a deeper understanding of your own thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Self-awareness helps you pinpoint your strengths, weaknesses, and areas needed for personal growth. By recognizing your own strengths and limitations, you can work on personal development, which improves your relationships.
- Improved Communication: Self-reflection can lead to better communication skills. When you understand your own thought processes, you can communicate more effectively and express your needs and concerns in a more considerate manner, endearing people towards you.
- Empathy and Understanding: Continual self-reflection increases your capacity for understanding others. When you're in tune with yourself, you're better equipped to put yourself in someone else's shoes and understand their perspectives, which leads to more compassion and helps to build stronger relationships.
- Ask for Feedback: Seek feedback from trusted friends, family members, or mentors. Sometimes, others can provide a valuable perspective on your strengths and areas for improvement that you might not see. Make sure you self-reflect on any constructive criticism, and observe how you feel when viewed through the lens of someone else. Try not to get defensive, and be grateful for the opportunity to self improve.
